Paul Penny, Principal

Paul is a strategist, facilitator and problem solver with nearly 30 years of broad business and IT consulting experience. Paul has direct experience solving strategy, business process, organizational and technology problems across hundreds of client environments and dozens of industries. Paul founded INTJenuity in 2014, with a vision of bringing innovative collaboration and problem solving capabilities to as many clients and problems as possible.

Paul’s passion is helping organizations of all sizes think and act more strategically, without all the “baggage” often associated with strategic planning. Paul gets excited every time he sees a team’s “light bulb come on”… that moment of revelation when the team discovers what they’ve been looking for all along, and can start planning to act on this new discovery. Paul loves building teams to solve problems… including our client’s teams, and the team at INTJenuity.iaf-member-logo-cropped

In past roles, Paul was Chief Technology and Knowledge Officer at Strategic Technologies, where he was responsible for strategic planning, and was Director of Advisory Services at Varrow.

When Paul isn’t facilitating or strategizing, it’s likely you can find him in the mountains, at a racetrack, or in his garage, making race car sounds.
